First of all, I am glad you are here! This is the first step to finding your perfect Wedding Stationery. Hopefully this guide gives you more of an idea of how the semi-custom process works. From how to order, to what paper options we offer, to all the color palettes you can choose from, this step-by-step guide should help you discover the final form of your wedding invitations.

OUR ORDERING PROCESS

STEP ONE

With four Semi-Custom Stationery Suites to choose from, we encourage you to take your time and select one that feels like it fits the overall feel of your wedding day. Modern your jam? Check out our Reverie Suite. Mother Nature your main decoration? Take a look at our Cynefin Suite options. What about calligraphy? The Meraki Suite might be the one for you. Need a venue illustration? Choose the Fika Suite! Order our Sample Book for help.

STEP TWO

Once you have chosen your preferred Suite, see if any of our Embellishments would bring your invitation experience to the next level. Between envelope liners, vellum overlays and calligraphy addressing, pick and choose which options fit your budget and your aesthetic. Once you are ready to get things in motion, click here to fill out our order form. Please double check your information before hitting send!

STEP THREE

Now for the easy part! Sit back and relax because within the next 3 business days, you should receive your Stationery quote via the email address you provided. If you added Embellishments to your Stationery package, that price will be included, but we also understand you may be on budget. Your quote will be broken down into a price for just Stationery alone and a price for both Stationery and Embellishments combined.

STEP FOUR

Once you are happy with your quote, the contract is signed, and a 50% downpayment is secured, we will send over our information form. Please fill these forms out as accurately as possible because this will allow us to get your Stationery as perfect as possible so you don’t have to make any changes. Within 7 business days of submission, you will receive your Stationery proof along with any Embellishments chosen.

STEP FIVE

And you know what? Sometimes it’s not always perfect and mistakes happen so that is why we allow you to have two opportunities to make changes to your proof. Once the first proof is delivered to your inbox, you will have 48 hours to review your Suite and submit your changes. Every day that your proof is late, a $50 charge will be added to your final invoice. Any additional changes after your first two rounds will incur a $50 fee as well. Make them count!

STEP SIX

We are almost there! The very last step of the process is getting your Stationery submitted for print. How exciting! When you receive your final proof and you are 100% satisfied, your final 50% payment plus any fees incurred will be due before printing will commence. Your high-quality, print approved Stationery Suite will be in your hand one month from payment submission.

OUR PRINTING PROCESS

DIGITAL

Digital Printing, also known as flat printing, is a method using a printer that digitally prints the design directly on to the paper. Besides the texture of the paper, there are no indentations made into the stationery. Although still high-quality, this is our most budget friendly print option.

LETTERPRESS

Letterpress printing is a technique of relief printing where a plate is created just for your design, covered in your choice of ink, and then repeatedly pressed into the paper creating a raised impression. This technique adds a luxurious texture to your invitation suite.

GOLD FOIL

Foil printing is similar to letterpress printing except the custom die created for the design is heated up to a very hot temperature and then pressed into a roll of foil, leaving behind an impression of a shiny gold design. This is a print method that elevates any design.

OUR PAPER

PAPER WEIGHT

Paper weight can change the feeling of your Stationery Suite. We offer a 120 lb, a 240 lb, and a handmade paper option. Our 120 lb is a classic offering while the 240 lb provides a bit more thickness and weight to your suite. With it’s deckled edge and creamy texture, handmade paper displays a more luxurious feel unlike any other alternative, although a pricier option. PAPER COLOR

Our paper colors come in three different options. We offer a bright white, an off-white, and an off-white handmade paper. All three present the same high-quality finish while still offering their own unique feel to a Suite. If you are unsure, please order our Sample Book to see your options in person.

INK COLOR SELECTION

These color swatches were chosen because they cover a broad range of on-trend wedding color palettes and are perfectly paired with any of our envelope colors below. If you wish to see these colors with your own eye, please order one of our Sample Book.

When choosing an ink color, please keep in mind that the ink chosen will be applied to each and every one of your Stationery elements, excluding the envelope return address which comes in your choice of white, gray, or black.

When choosing your envelope colors, please take into consideration the color of ink you would like for your return address to be as well as any additional envelope addressing, calligraphy or digital. We suggest going with white for our darker envelopes, gray for our medium toned envelopes, and black for our lighter options. Please reach out via email if you would like our recommendation.
