Textures, colors, gold or silver foil, handmade paper. Event stationery is a quick preview and it should capture the experience of your upcoming day.

My goal is to get to know you and your story as a couple and bring that into something tangible. I would love to work with you on everything from Save the Dates to thank you cards. I can source beautiful hand made paper and envelopes, add letterpress or metallic foiling, and/or bespoke illustrations and crests to your stationery. If you can dream it, I can do my best to bring your vision to life.

If we are not a good fit, I am happy to refer you to another stationery artist that better fits your needs. If you choose to work with me, I will take care of you and be here communicating with you every step of the way!

I take on a limited amount of clients each month because I want to give my couples an incredible experience and my full attention, as well as be able to answer any questions or concerns at a timely manner.

When should you contact your stationer? It is suggested that you begin the process with Sojourn at least six months in advance. This process takes great communication and time to get right!

Right now, it is suggested that couples have a budget of about $2,000 for wedding invitations. Full wedding suites with all the bells and whistles can cost up to $5,000. Bare bone invitation suites start at a minimum of $1,000.

For every 100 envelopes, it takes 10 days to calligraph.

Rush orders may not be accepted. If they are, there will be a rush order fee made known before payment.

Sojourn Steps

1. Aryn would love for you to fill out her questionnaire located at the bottom of this page! Please fill in all of the required elements and submit via email. Please allow Aryn about 3-5 business days to respond.

2. Depending on the availability or whether or not Sojourn A+I is a good fit for you and your needs, Aryn will send you a quote.

3. Before all of the fun stuff, a contract needs your signature, the first 50% of your quote is due to retain your spot on the Sojourn calendar, and Aryn will send you a google doc to start creating your list of addresses and invitation suite wording.

4. Three sketches and a lookbook will be sent your way to get the ball rolling!

5. Once the initial design is approved, Aryn will begin to paint and spot calligraph a final design. Once everything is scanned into the computer, she will send you digital updates until it is to your satisfaction.

6. RSVP, details cards, and any other collateral attached to your invitation will be completed next, following the same process.

7. Your suite is looking GREAT! Since your approval has been signed off, the envelopes are ordered.

8. If time allows, Aryn would be happy to send samples of your final invitation suite.

9. Once everything comes back from the printer, Aryn will assemble and mail out all of your invitations to your guests.

10. If you have day-of items ordered through Sojourn, Aryn will make sure to have these items to you at least a week in advance.
